EVENTS

 

Three Events are planned for the 11th Annual Devil Mountain Fun Fly.  All pilots who compete will receive a free pilot’s raffle ticket for entering.  Top 3 spots in each event (exception is “Raffle Run” see description ) will win 10, 5 & 3 raffle tickets correspondingly.  Only one entry per pilot allowed for each event.

Each Pilot will draw times from a hat. Flyer will removes any watch or timepiece, they will take off, estimate time and land... Closest pilot to actual time drawn wins.

 

Shortest Takeoff

Runway will marked off 20 ft in 1 ft increments.  Pilot tries to takeoff in the shortest possible distance.  Sorry, no helis or VTOL’s allowed.

 

The Raffle Run

Runway will be marked with zones marked number varying from 1-10.  Perfect landing and most daring landing areas will be marked with the higher #’s.  Flyers will takeoff and land, wherever touchdown occurs flyer will win that corresponding # of raffle tickets.  Touch and Goes will also be allowed.
